Technorati Redux
I recently spent a couple weeks working with the folks over at Technorati on some changes to the user experience on their site. Today, in conjunction with a partnership with CNN, they've launched some of the work we did. Notably, they've re-skinned the site with a standards-compliant visual design created by Tim Gasparak, a good friend and frequent collaborator with Adaptive Path.
I'll point out some of the more interesting usability enhancements we developed as the team rolls them out. But for now, keep your eye on this tool. They've got some amazing stuff planned.

I saw Tantek's post related to this earlier [http://tantek.com/log/2004/07.html#d26t0621].
I ran over to check out the new redesign, and I really like it. I'm very excited to see what will happen, I have great respect for the direction they're going in, and have used Technorati for a while now and find it an invaluable tool.
Of course, we all know that they have to improve their server situation. I'd hate to see a Friendster or Orkut effect - where something potentially great struggles due to server management concerns. It's a definite hurdle and hopefully will be resolved very soon.
